These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Hillool OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under registry code 16212483 (“Bamboo”, “we”, “us”), governing your use of the Bamboo mobile app and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using Bamboo, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
شروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط") هي اتفاقية قانونية بينك وبين Hillool OÜ، وهي شركة مسجّلة في إستونيا برقم السجل 16212483 ("بامبو"، "نحن")، وتحكم استخدامك لتطبيق بامبو والخدمات المرتبطة به ("الخدمة"). بإنشاء حساب أو استخدام بامبو، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. وإذا كنت لا توافق، فيرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.
2Who can use Bambooمن يمكنه استخدام بامبو
You must be at least 16 years old to use Bamboo. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Bamboo is available worldwide, but you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live.

3Your accountحسابك
You can create an account with your email and a password, or by signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use.

Bamboo is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. All content — including calorie estimates, nutrition information, meal plans, recipes, diet types (such as keto, low-carb, or intermittent fasting), target weights, and body metrics — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
- Bamboo is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietetic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any diet, fasting, exercise, or weight-management program — especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, an eating disorder or a history of one, or take medication.
- Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information you obtained through Bamboo.
- If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or local emergency services immediately.
- You use the Service and act on its information at your own risk. Weight-management results vary and are not guaranteed.

5AI features & accuracyميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي والدقة
Bamboo uses artificial intelligence to recognise food from photos and estimate calories and nutrients. These estimates are approximations generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting results before relying on them. We do not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Food images you scan are processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
يستخدم بامبو الذكاء الاصطناعي للتعرّف على الطعام من الصور وتقدير السعرات والعناصر الغذائية. هذه التقديرات تقريبية تُولَّد تلقائيًا وقد تكون غير دقيقة أو غير مكتملة. وأنت مسؤول عن مراجعة النتائج وتصحيحها قبل الاعتماد عليها. ولا نضمن أن مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي دقيقة أو كاملة أو مناسبة لأي غرض معيّن. وتُعالَج صور الطعام التي تمسحها كما هو موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية.
6Premium subscriptions & pricingاشتراكات بريميوم والأسعار
Bamboo offers free features and an optional paid subscription (“Premium”) that unlocks unlimited AI plate scans, unlimited saved meals, the full food database, and full history and reports. Reference prices are:

Prices shown are reference prices in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Because Premium is sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play, the actual price is displayed at checkout in your local currency and may vary by country and over time. The price shown to you before you confirm is the price that applies.
يقدّم بامبو ميزات مجانية واشتراكًا مدفوعًا اختياريًا ("بريميوم") يفتح مسحًا غير محدود للأطباق بالذكاء الاصطناعي، ووجبات محفوظة غير محدودة، وقاعدة بيانات الطعام الكاملة، والسجل والتقارير الكاملة. الأسعار المرجعية هي:

7Free trial & automatic renewalالتجربة المجانية والتجديد التلقائي
- Premium may be offered with a 7-day free trial. Every feature unlocks immediately when the trial begins.
- We aim to remind you before your trial ends (for example, around day 5), but you are responsible for cancelling in time if you do not wish to be charged.
- Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your paid subscription starts automatically (around day 7) and your payment method is charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Your Apple or Google account is charged, and renewals are managed through that account’s settings.
قد يُعرض اشتراك بريميوم مع تجربة مجانية لمدة 7 أيام:
- تُفتح جميع الميزات فورًا عند بدء التجربة.
- نسعى لتذكيرك قبل انتهاء تجربتك (مثلًا حوالي اليوم الخامس)، لكنك مسؤول عن الإلغاء في الوقت المناسب إذا لم ترغب في أن تُحصَّل منك رسوم.
- ما لم يُلغَ قبل انتهاء التجربة بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل، يبدأ اشتراكك المدفوع تلقائيًا (حوالي اليوم السابع) وتُحصَّل الرسوم من وسيلة الدفع الخاصة بك.

8Cancellation & refundsالإلغاء والاسترداد
You can cancel anytime by managing your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for. You can also restore an existing purchase using “Restore purchases” in the app.
Because subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, refunds are handled by them under their policies. We do not directly process payments or refunds. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal (for example, as a consumer in the EU), that right applies in addition to the store’s policies.
يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت بإدارة اشتراكك من إعدادات حساب Apple App Store أو Google Play. يوقف الإلغاء التجديد التالي؛ وتحتفظ بإمكانية الوصول إلى بريميوم حتى نهاية المدة التي دفعت مقابلها. ويمكنك أيضًا استعادة عملية شراء قائمة باستخدام "استعادة المشتريات" في التطبيق.

9Acceptable useالاستخدام المقبول
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the Service;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its security, or its infrastructure;
- Upload harmful, offensive, or unlawful content, or content that infringes others’ rights;
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data;
- Use automated means to scrape or overload the Service.
توافق على ألّا:
- تستخدم الخدمة لأي غرض غير قانوني أو بما يخالف هذه الشروط؛
- تنسخ أي جزء من الخدمة أو تعدّله أو تعيد هندسته عكسيًا أو تعيد بيعه؛
- تتدخّل في الخدمة أو أمنها أو بنيتها التحتية أو تعطّلها؛
- ترفع محتوى ضارًا أو مسيئًا أو غير قانوني، أو محتوى ينتهك حقوق الآخرين؛
- تحاول الوصول إلى حسابات المستخدمين الآخرين أو بياناتهم؛
- تستخدم وسائل آلية لكشط الخدمة أو إثقالها.
10Intellectual propertyالملكية الفكرية
The Service, including the Bamboo name, logo, design, software, and content (excluding your own data), is owned by Hillool OÜ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you (for example, to store and process your food photos as described in the Privacy Policy).

11Third-party servicesخدمات الأطراف الثالثة
Bamboo is built on and relies on third-party services, platforms, and technologies. These include, without limitation, OpenAI (AI analysis), DigitalOcean (hosting), Google and Firebase (app infrastructure, notifications, analytics, and crash reporting), and Apple and Google (sign-in and subscription payments), as well as standard supporting technologies such as content-delivery, security, and error-monitoring services. Bamboo can also optionally connect to health platforms such as Apple Health or Google Health Connect if you choose to enable them.
Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policies, and you are responsible for reviewing them. These providers may change over time as the app evolves. We are not responsible for third-party services, platforms, or technologies that we do not control, or for their availability, content, or practices. A current list of the providers that process your personal data is maintained in our Privacy Policy.
بُني بامبو على خدمات ومنصّات وتقنيات أطراف ثالثة ويعتمد عليها. وتشمل هذه، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، OpenAI (تحليل الذكاء الاصطناعي)، وDigitalOcean (الاستضافة)، وGoogle وFirebase (البنية التحتية للتطبيق والإشعارات والتحليلات وتقارير الأعطال)، وApple وGoogle (تسجيل الدخول ومدفوعات الاشتراك)، إضافةً إلى تقنيات داعمة قياسية مثل خدمات توصيل المحتوى والأمان ومراقبة الأخطاء. ويمكن لبامبو أيضًا الاتصال اختياريًا بمنصّات صحية مثل Apple Health أو Google Health Connect إذا اخترت تفعيلها.

12Disclaimers & limitation of liabilityإخلاء المسؤولية وحدّ المسؤولية
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result or health outcome will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hillool OÜ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information in the app or from any health decision you make. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.
تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" و"حسب توفّرها"، دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون. ولا نضمن أن تكون الخدمة غير منقطعة أو خالية من الأخطاء، أو أن تتحقّق أي نتيجة أو نتيجة صحية.

13Terminationالإنهاء
You may stop using Bamboo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability) will remain in effect.
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام بامبو وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. ويجوز لنا تعليق وصولك أو إنهاؤه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط أو استخدمت الخدمة بطريقة قد تضرّ بنا أو بالمستخدمين الآخرين أو بأطراف ثالثة. وعند الإنهاء، ينتهي حقك في استخدام الخدمة؛ وتظل الأقسام التي ينبغي أن تبقى بطبيعتها (مثل الملكية الفكرية وإخلاء المسؤولية والمسؤولية) سارية.
14Governing lawالقانون الحاكم
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from the mandatory protections and, where available, the courts of the country in which you live. EU consumers can access the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
